It was nice and clean, the room was incredibly spacious and it was a convenient location to lots of shops and eateries.

I would highly recommend this place. The location is excellent. It’s a quiet neighborhood, yet everything is within walking distance. You don’t compromise living space for location. The unit is large, well equipped and very well maintained. Being on the third floor allows you to open windows for a nice breeze which is great in the summer. Secured off-street parking is a huge plus. I’m hard pressed to find any shortcomings. There was only one wine glass in the kitchen which was a bit odd. I guess sharing a wine glass with my wife was the most inconvenient part of the stay. So, I will give it 4.95 out of 5 stars.

Very pleasant stay in an excellent venue. We had an accessible room for my partner, which included a well designed and maintained wet room bathroom, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and much appreciated. Some parts were a little worn, but it's a hotel And within easy walking distance of the bay itself, even when on crutches. All in all an excellent experience and we wouldn't hesitate to bok again if the need arises.

Room as expected accept so hot! Hosts had left a fan and cold drinks and lollies to help, but it was difficult to sleep at 33 degrees in the room - much cooler in the corridors and 25 degrees outside. Good location - able to walk to city centre but unbearably hot in room!

A lovely hotel with pleasant spa facilities, well equipped rooms, and great location in Cardiff Bay.
