Clean room, good location. Restaurant nearby, good food.

Such a lovely place, what a location. We first went in late 2020 and had a wonderful suite, this time we were in a standard room. We had a loch view which was lovely as we were celebrating two birthdays! The staff are so friendly, thank you all. There is a newer more modern part and the older historic building - we’ve been in the older bit both times. As the building is older, you can’t expect it to be clinical like a new build! There might be some dust in nooks and crannies but we have and will return. We ate in the restaurant, cullen skink / chicken tikka starters and Scottish stew / shish tawook main. We both enjoyed and would have again.

Very comfortable. Great location. Well stocked accommodations.

We felt welcomed by Paul from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and clean. The inn is a beautifully restored Victorian. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The hotel is an easy walk to the waterfront in Inverness, so dining options are plentiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Room (and bathroom) were on the small side but the facilities were great with nice little touches such as a lolly jar 😊 and bottled water. Easy access to main road into Inverness.
