Stayed at the new Shelbourne Hotel in Miami Beach and honestly everything was great. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, which set the tone right away. The pool was calm and peaceful—such a nice vibe. Everything felt fresh and clean. Definitely would come back.

There is plenty of food options in this area. You walk out the hotel and there’s about 5 different restaurants to the left. The bed in this hotel is as comfy. I do wish the room had a full length mirror.

I loved this property, I had an amazing view, everything was clean and the size of the room was nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I like the access to the mall from the property and everything is walking distance
