Hotel room is very small, not even have space to lay down the luggage(s) but only on the bed. No wardrobe; bathroom basically only has a single basin without space to put your toiletries bags, behind the basin is the tiny toilet with door; and next to the basin is the shower room with descent space. Overall room is tiny but clean. The areas of the hotel are nice and new, if you come for the concert, the beautiful stadium is just next to you.

Lovely, helpful staff. Wonderful comfortable room. Great central location.

For a traditional Disney hotel it is very good. Great location for a visit to Disneyland either on a bus or walking. Great location also to the train network to go and explore other parts of Hong Kong. Staff were very nice. Hotel restaurants were good. I would say that the property itself and rooms feel a little tired and in need of a refresh compared with the other two Disney properties. Also due to it being low season the outside pool and space was closed for maintenance. Overall I think good price for a Disney property compared to pricing in the US.

Staff are friendly, price is reasonable and we enjoy the place and the view at our stay will for sure come back to this hotel

Great deal for the space and location. I got the deluxe queen and though small, it was enough for my needs. (Traveling 1 person total with 1 carry-on suitcase and 1 check-in suitcase). The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was modern and updated. The AC was good, the staff was friendly. I didn't really use the common spaces but they looked nice (the lounge/kitchen/laundry room). They have a locked room where you can store luggage after you check out so that was nice. The location is great since it is in the heart of Central and just steps away from the popular eateries and cocktail bars. My only complaint is that the walls are thin as I could hear the girls next door come back to their room each night which woke me up
