I had to carry my luggage for at least a block , not taxi can get to the door , it was raining and when I ask for help there is not body to help you only the attendant at the window and he said he can not leave the office
Lousy please do not book this place , is not quite what they show in the advertisement

This, and all Disney hotels in Hong Kong suffer from having no access to convenience stores in the area and no real facility to compensate for such in the hotel. Otherwise excellent.
