I would give this hotel ZERO stars if I could.
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service and treatment were extremely disappointing. We had an issue that should have been handled quickly, but instead we were left waiting for almost 4 HOURS, and after all that time, they STILL did not properly resolve the problem.
What made it even worse was the management. The manager was not helpful at all and showed very little concern about what we were going through. Instead of trying to make guests feel welcome and find a solution, the attitude made us feel like they simply did not care whether people enjoyed their stay or ever came back.
And unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. The food was disappointing, the customer service was terrible, and almost every part of our experience was below expectations.
At some point, you seriously wonder whether they even want guests staying here. If this is how customers are treated, they might as well close the hotel instead of charging people for this kind of experience.
Waiting four hours for a problem to be fixed, only for it to remain unresolved, is completely unacceptable for any hotel—especially when you are paying to relax and enjoy your vacation.
I would NOT recommend this hotel based on my experience. Management seriously needs to improve the way they treat guests, the quality of the service, and the overall experience.

Beautiful resort but the worst for “all inclusive”. Getting a drink after 6pm….good luck! The sports bar was a joke! The worst of all THE POOL CLOSES AT 6pm! Everyday! The restaurant were good if you can get in to them!
