The resort was gorgeous with plenty of excellent food and entertainment options. The rooms are cleaned every day and are extremely comfortable. We even got lucky with a free upgrade to an ocean view. The true standout at the Moon Palace, however, is the staff. Everyone we met was so nice, it truly brought our vacation to another level. I highly recommend staying here for groups of all ages and sizes. I did not travel with children, but many people had children, and it seemed very family-friendly with separate kids and teen rooms, activities, and entertainment at night.

I went with my minor children for 1 week. There were a lot of big cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Other than that the food was good and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

I didn’t like the way the daytime staff in the souvenir shop followed me around asking repeatedly if I wanted to buy something. I was clearly only there to make a purchase however I was simply browsing. It caused me to leave without buying anything. I did come back in the evening shift and they were much more pleasant.

Everything was amazing except for the wifi. Its an issue because the app wont load and menus wont either

The staff were so friendly & attentive. Our butler Leonardo checked in with us every day & took care of any & all requests. Ivy, our maid, was really sweet & made sure that our room was spotless & comfortable. The pools, including the waterslides next door, were lots of fun & there were many food & entertainment choices. The resort was beautiful & just the right size to meet our family’s needs. There were some nice shops, a drug store, & even a 24 hour doctor on site if needed. I highly recommend Majestic Mirage!

It was very nice, spacious and clean. Staffs were very friendly and professional. The food and entertainment were very good. We had a wonderful time there. Highly recommend!!!

Property was kept up with everyday and rooms were cleaned multiples times a day. A lot to do on the property and in a great location. Would recommend
