Very nice place

Excellent hotel design, spacious, comfortable room, wonderful staff, superb food.

We stayed 5 nights in a superior room. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool and spa are also excellent, we used them quite a bit, note there is no gym, this is one improvement they could make to even convert a small space to add some fitness equipment. We didn’t visit the restaurant or bar but did have breakfast one morning (which is in a separate area to the restaurant). Breakfast was buffet style with a decent selection of food. It is slightly expensive by Gdansk standards,in my opinion, at 110 PLN (£22) per person. Any staff we interacted with were fine and helpful, my only comment would be that the reception staff could try and be more proactive in greeting or smiling at hotel guests as they enter the hotel or pass by reception, just a little thing but can go a long way. Location of the hotel is good and is only a 10 minute walk from the Main Street in the old town. There are also a few cafes and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Very nice place

Stayed 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment and had a great time. The buffet breakfast was amazing - also very busy! But could always find a table and the lovely staff kept replenishing the food. We also loved the swimming pool area. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar man even lent us cash when we didn't have enough to pay for a taxi. The room was great for us (a family of 4) - spacious and well equipped. You can request extra cleaning and we did which was very helpful.

I have stayed here a number of times now. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and for the most part polite. Having a pool/spa/ on site is an added bonus if this is your thing or travelling with family. It is within walking distance to My only issue is the male member of staff on reception. I have encountered this person a number of times during different visits and he has behaved in the same manner every time. He is rude about guests nodding in their direction or even pointing and laughing at them if he thinks noone is looking, ignores people asking for help by walking away etc. I may not speak Polish but I can read people. Thankfully once you are settled in and providing you don't need anything at reception he needs zero thought again! Despite his behaviour I would visit again as the hotel its self is lovely.
