This was my second stay in this hotel after about 2-3 year gap. Before parking and breakfast were included. Both these charges are excessive in my opinion.

Beautiful property - we really enjoyed our stay there. Zakopane, on the other hand, changed so much since I was a kid :). It was super busy. The city managers should control the amount of kitschy shops/ businesses and stands. It's outrageous how many are allowed on Gubalowska - it is not a shopping mall. You almost don't see the mountains.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest.
What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional.
I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
