This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

We booked a suite with the dog. The room was great and the staff helpful, the air conditioning and ventilation in the room however was terrible. They turned off the air con but said the ventilation system could not be altered it blew freezing cold air in the room above the bed all night. They staff tried to help but said they couldn’t do more. It meant we didn’t sleep at all, which was a shame as the hotel was overall good.

Nondescript from the street, but beautiful once you’re inside the courtyard. Staff was very friendly, rooms were large and nicely decorated, and the restaurant is spectacular. The pool area and rooftop patio bar were both very enjoyable. The hotel is a little further away from the centre of Bordeaux than I had anticipated but a highly recommended place.
