Staff was horrible I stay for 3 days they ask if I want it house keeping for the 3 days I said yes they never when to clean i had no clean towels and toilet paper they never did the beds they ask for so much money and they can do the cleaning I had to go downstairs to ask for towels and toilet paper but everything else was amazing

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

Overall the place is good, their food is good and the staff are professional. However, they can improve on the cleanliness during the stay. Meaning, when the house keep team comes to clean your room they have to make the place spotless. During our stay, when they cleaned the room you could still see some spots that were dirty.

Only two nits regarding the property. 1. Narrow parking spaces (most of them). Admittedly I was driving a midsized SUV, but I did find some good spots). 2. The main restaurant/bar opened at 5 pm. Great aspects: a. Room was clean and well appointed. It was also ready almost 1.5 hours early and the hotel called me to let me know. b. The staff was very helpful. We were in a multi room group and they put us in rooms that were close or adjoining. Didn’t even have to ask! c. The pool was nice with lots of chairs, towels and umbrellas. d. There were 4 restaurants (Denny’s, IHOP, Tony Romas and a small coffee,pastry shop within 150-200’ from our room - literally a 5 minute walk. e. As advertised the hotel is about 2-3 blocks from your room to the ticket gates/entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. It’s actually a shorter walk than from the Disneyland Hotel. This hotel is about a 15-18 minute walk to Downtown Disney (and much less expensive). Our families will definitely stay here again!

The property looks like it's been remodeled recently, which was nice, however, the rooms are tiny and it was not very comfortable. The bathrooms are tiny. There is no space in the sink area to put your toiletries, much less your hair stuff, or anything. The room felt very humid and the wall A.C. said it needed a new filter. The room was o.k. clean, but could have been better. There is no office, front desk, or anything like that. There's a kiosk where you check in and out. It was a bit strange. There is a $10 parking fee per day, which should not be, as you're already paying for the room, it should already be included. Just felt very disconnected. We definitely will not stay here again.
