Beautiful hotel that smells amazing. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Room was comfy but bathroom very small.

This hotel could be so much more! When it first opened, it was great with a buzzy bar and restaurant, but now it's just a functional place to stay. The rooms are good and the location is excellent, but it lacks any atmosphere. The bar and restaurant never seem to be open, even on a summer's evening when Bermondsey Square is busy. It sadly feels as if it might be about to close which would be a shame as it's affordable and in a great area.

Staff extremely proffestional and helpful

It is a lovely building at a lovely location, however the staff are not at all helpful. I was allocated an accessible room with totally obscured windows and a tiny sink you can’t wash your face in. I had a query before check in to ask about additional rooms with no response, when I checked in the lady was aggressively quizzing me on why my family chose to stay elsewhere (er… because I had no response?). When I was staying there I got directed to the toilet when I was trying to get into my room, do I just not look like someone who is a guest? I also asked for sparkling water for the room which was not delivered. I have relayed all the above to the reception staff at check out and was told management will be in touch. It’s been more than a week and they’ve not been in touch. My family stayed at Hilton down the road, much bigger, and nicer rooms with better views for cheaper

It was fine, bed was cozy room was descent size. Breakfast was good but could have used a little more variety
