Stuff here are a bit unorganized. There were charges to my room from the restaurant but it was not purchased by me or my family members. I didn’t know this until I check out.

Excellent value and great location.

We stayed 4 nights August 2026. Terrible, The hotel lost water and toilet facilities one day, hotel never provided bottle water. For a full day and a half we had no wifi , phone was intermittent. The breakfast, though good , was across the street . I didn’t see and dinner restaurant nor room service. Maintenance arrived one morning at 8 am! Staff at times were not able to know direction. Late one evening a flashing light went off from the ceiling. No one at reception were answering phones to explain. We headed to lobby and met many many others wondering what was going on….. we were told it was a fire alarm!,,, What’s no bells or sirens but a blinking light. We stayed at many Riu hotels and this by far was the worst.

Really spacious, amazing staff and fantastic location! For a family of 3, this was a great place to have asbase while we explored London. 5 mins walk from Earls Court station. Staff were lovely as well.

The breakfast was plentiful and kept being refreshed. Two issues did happen though - they made you line up to register your room details but rather then trying to seat you they put you in another queue whilst they sorted out clean tables which seemed totally double handling of the people who wanted breakfast - making it longer before you could start eating. The second issue was although there was plenty to choose from they only served streaky bacon so I ended up having ham rather then back bacon as apparently they don’t serve it

Great location with great transport connections. Lots of space for a relaxed break. Would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of minor niggles, no bath plug, and it wasn’t clear what the process was for the rubbish at the end of the stay. Would absolutely stay again.
