Our family had a fantastic stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium Vallarta. The highlight of our vacation was, without a doubt, the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A special thank you to our concierge, Josue, who consistently went above and beyond. Whether helping with reservations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, he made us feel like valued guests from beginning to end. His attention to detail and genuine care really set the tone for our trip. This is an excellent resort for families. While it isn’t the largest property, it offers plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained, with a great mix of pools, activities, restaurants, and beach time. Our whole family had an amazing time, and there was always something to do together. We also appreciated how well the staff handled the occasional rainy day. The grounds were cleaned up quickly, and everything was back to looking beautiful in no time. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation made even better by an outstanding team. We absolutely enjoyed Garza Blanca Sanctuary, since it was opened up just a few months ago everything was perfect. From arrival to our last day leaving. All the rooms suits, spacious with a huge balcony over looking the ocean. Our butler Marco was excellent and very attentive to our needs. Always there to make sure everything was taken care of. Oh the restaurant were all great with good food! We really enjoyed Hiroshi. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Stay! Very quiet and felt like your own little oasis. Not a ton of kids (they were all at four seasons) food was awesome, staff was very attentive and accommodating!! Only request is more cool local brands to shop at the stores! Mayb rotations of little food amnesties that come in the rooms. Thank you so much ! I’ll be back again! Don’t miss the ceviche tostada at the pool!!!! So good

I like how attentive house keeping was and the property was very clean as a whole. The staff is also very helpful. The rooms are spacious!

pool bar was always closed. The staff was rude, and the food not good. Excellent location tho and the pool was nice, but small.

This is a Beautiful Resort and the staff is amazing! The swim up bar and the view is just Wow So Amazing and food is always very delicious. Everything we ate was very good and fresh at the hotel. The staff would bring us a bucket of beer with chip and guacamole every evening this was a nice treat. You will Love the hotel and staff.

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.
