Food in the buffet was limited and repetitive
Staff were friendly, however housekeeping came into our rooms while we were sleeping and turned the bathroom lights off while we were in there. i said i was in the bathroom yet they didn’t turn them back on.
overall a decent holiday

This is not a 5 star experience. For the price I expected much more. We paid extra for a plunge pool that was dirty, the air con in the room didn’t work properly and was noisy, there was also a smell from the drains. While the buffet was extensive much of the warm food was not kept to a suitable temperature. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here if you’re looking for a special treat as we were.
