Beds uncomfortable
Nothing in bathrooms except soap, towels and toilet rolls
No shampoos, body cream, shower creams etc even though we paid top price for superior room

We came to Torquay for a wedding and just needed somewhere to sleep for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Charlie who couldn't be more helpful. The room was beautifully decorated with everything we could need and more. Lovely touches of bottles of water, biscuits, a flask of milk. Even cotton pads were provided.
We were given a menu for the breakfast which was delicious and again nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend the homemade granola!

Previously a mercury standards have slipped.. lift out of order we were placed on first floor. Room was presumably intended as a single as only 1 towel. Could not find hairdryer and shower not bot enough very noisy machine outside window all night soundedike something to do with air con
Only two teabags. Worn carpet on stairs. Also a q2.50 charge to leave car jn carport previously a free service. Verdict. Don't bother they are chasing to save cadh
