Superb accommodations in family-owned bnb. Simon is the ultimate host; he helped carry my bags to my room, served fantastic breakfast cooked by his mom, called taxi for me, offered assistance during the Fringe & was most personable as a true Scot. Very neat & clean room, clean linen & towels switched for used ones, new electrical outlets to meet devices needs. Lovely home the family has managed for 35 years. Just outside the bustling city centre in a quiet & safe neighborhood. I’ll return here when I return to Edinburgh. Fantastic stay.

Breakfast was great.

While the location of these apartments are far from the city center, they were very spacious and allowed us to stretch out for a couple nights. The views are fantastic along the sea and a cool breeze allowed us to sleep with the windows open throughout the night each day. A bottle of complimentary wine was much appreciated as was a well stocked set of kitchen utensils. The negatives we experienced were sticky floors in the main living area and the combination washer/dryer unit that would not dry. This caused us to have to stay up very late on our last night trying to dry our clothes before we could pack up and leave for the rest of our vacation.

I loved everything about this property. The location is close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurants serve delicious food and the bar was so fun with an incredible drink selection. The beds are beyond comfortable. Seriously the best sleep in months.

We had a wonderful, large room looking over Princes Street. We stayed in February which meant that the rate was very reasonable. We visited the in-house cinema one night - this makes this hotel pretty unique. We would definitely stay here again if coming to Edinburgh.

Lovely apartment. Have now stayed in Edinburgh and St Andrews apartments. Kitchenette light on utensils/cloths but overall a lovely quality property.
