Ordered steak and fries but there’s no fries, instead you’ll have THREE potatoes wedges. No induction of the property. Located 1 hour and 20 min from airport by car. Nearest shop is at 2 hours walking distance or 10 min by car. No option for take away items from the bar restaurant to your room. No help with luggage. Sent a message to the reception prior arrival mentioning my partners birthday and asked to organizing something special and never received a response, had to ask the waiter for a celebration plate after the meal in front of my partner. Asked to cancel an excursion booked less than 2 hours before due to sickness and been denied as would charged me anyway. No shop inside the resort. Overpriced for what offers.

Very pleased with the clean conditions, and comfortable bed, Breakfast was outstanding!
