9/10 Wonderful! (807 reviews)
I thought the hotel was lovely and the room was beautiful and very spacious. However, when we came in, there were no luggage racks in the room. We had no place to put our two bags. So we called down and waited three hours for luggage racks asking two or three times if they would be up soon. And we thought this was really Not great service.

8.6/10 Excellent! (66 reviews)
The staff were good, but the room I was in desperately needs improving, in terms of fixing items, repairing tiles and sealent around the bath etc.
Its tired and wouldn't take much to do. But the rooms were clean.
