"We got a room with no balcony, it was a non smoking room but reaked of cigarette smoke. Bed frames were bent and moved around. Door had a 2" gap/opening that when it rained you were woke up to the sound of dripping water. Towels were even stained. The only thing that was decent were the soft mattress. ..."
