La Altagracia Fishing Holidays

Me encantaron las facilidades del hotel, todo limpio, buen sazon en la comida, poca variedad pero buena. Lo unico que no me gusto es que la mayoria de los empleados si tu no le dabas propina no te atendían, te ignoraban, la primera noche tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado y nos movieron de habitación eso si me gusto.

This property is HUGE! If you don’t want to walk a good ways to the beach etc then this isn’t for you. There are a ton of activities such as shows etc. the staff is super friendly and warm!

This property is more intimate than most others. Everything is close by. If you’re looking for a smaller resort that offers full amenities, this is it!!!

Restaurant reservations are a nightmare

the property is beautiful! the rooms are very comfortable and have it all but the service it’s just terrible, starting with the check in process; it took forever and we have to go back a couple of times to the lobby because the rooms were not connected and they said they would be. there are some good employees but must of them are not, not helpful, distracted and rude. I been to Punta Cana a lot of times already and this is probably one of the hotels that I would rather not go. they have good quality drinks at the bars and that’s probably why I choose the hotel but service at the beach can be awful. also in the buffet located at the beach.

The property was great but the service was excellent!!! Luis the bartender, Damarys (server), and joy roy (Misael) and blade (jose) were all great! Can’t wait to be back!!!
