Loved this property- location was great , 4min walk to beach. Villa slightly dated, alot of maintenance required in some and not all standardised with appliances . Ie. some had microwaves some not . breakfast was mediocre, Orange juice was the best . Staff were friendly. Great for families or groups as villas are all close to each other each with their own pool. Air cond was bit noisy in room . Shops and restaurants close by.

From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. The web app was very handy, the staff always replied to our shopping needs, laundry etc. The chef also had a variety of options and the buffet was delicious with a different twist of food everyday again the staff was amazing there. We tried the royal spa that was great and the loungearea was a fun touch to the place.The price was well worth it my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. What an experience 10 out of 10 Thank you. We will be coming back in the future for sure.

This place is relaxation and comfort. The room is amazing and I have the personal pool in front which is amazing for random skinny dipping when I feel like it. The place is modern and beautiful. The pools are great and you can’t get better service. Loved my stay here. The spa was also amazing.

Very nice property to stay on Lovely surroundings

Great hospitality, very clean, nice beds, centrally located, shuttle to downtown Ubud service, and two great restaurants! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Ubud.

The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The accommodations were clean and the whole setting was really peaceful and beautiful. Our room was great and the AC worked well. The breakfast menu and food quality was great as well!

It was a peaceful and serene expeirence with a private environment within our villa. Enjoyed the vibe and it topped it off with exceptional service from the staff members making the whole trip enjoyable and smooth. Extremely fond of the buggy service and the breakfast in our hotel which made it very pleasant
