It was a terrible stay the room smelled like urine we asked them to clean but instead a strong spray was used to cover the smell It was terrible, Sorry but terrible experience Very disappointed

The location was amazing. The room amazing. Would have been nice to know there was no door on the washroom before hand

The loft was spacious. It had all the amenities you could need. Cleaned to perfection, everything just felt so “homey”. The code box at the door makes feeling safe a breeze. The location is one you can’t overlook.

Simply wonderful

Loved the location and huge room and nespresso cofymaker and fridge . Enjoyed being able to walk around Veuix Quebec and leave the car in the nearby garage . We definitely will be back to visit and stay

I don’t leave reviews, but I hope others find this helpful. I found it very difficult to communicate w/front desk staff and housekeeping because their english was minimal, not truly bilingual. Frustrating check-in and when I tried to ask for restaurant suggestions and delivery availability. Also the hotel does not offer true room service. You have to go in person to restaurant, order & pay, and they will bring it to your room, if they have staff available. Mold in shower, dirty floor in room & working windows (!) but rip in screen let in bugs. Really loud in halls and from floor above. Good location and overall esthetic is charming. But, disappointed, and damped my enjoyment of Quebec.
