Emplacement idéal, très confortable et fonctionnel. Le seul problème a été le parking que je déconseille vivement. Il y a des travaux à proximité et on peut y accéder seulement par un chemin bien précis qui n'est pas évident à trouver si on ne connaît pas bien le coin.

This place is very spacious and quiet. For the price of a hotel room, we had 3X the size, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and large living and dining area. It was an easy walk to the old walled city and very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and the train station. It does have an elevator. Highly recommend.

We booked a suite and ended up in a different one than the photos- so we were a bit disappointed. Our windows were a bit smaller so the suite was dark with minimal lighting. It still was lovely. Great amenities and mini kitchen. Gorgeous clean bathroom. Nice restaurant (new Italian) below. All staff were wonderful and kind. This is a block from the beautiful historic park, also a nice 10-15 minute walk to lots of Old Town notable streets. Beautiful city!

the locale was good. not far via Uber and bus.

Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.

We had some trouble with the check in process, primarily because there was no staff on site and everything was done electronically. We received the check-in info the night before our departure on our trip and we were on the road the next day. We had difficulty paying for the parking en route. I would recommend settling the parking payment in advance. We stayed for 7 nights and were in the Grand Studio, which was clean and spacious. However the placement of the furniture is not practical for long-term stays - the TV is in an awkward place relative to the sofa, and the queen bed practically filled the niche it is in making it awkward for two people to use properly. The staff were attentive to any issues we had. The wi-fi worked well.

Ideal location. With the sad exception of the lady who checked us in the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast portions in restaurant very large and food very tasty. Rooms quaint and full of character. Bed very comfortable. Only downer was check in where the service was not good. We weren’t given all the information needed, our Hotels.com status was not recognised and we later discovered we were meant to be given discount vouchers for breakfast. It’s a real shame because other than that unfortunate experience I’d have had no qualms recommending this delightful hotel.

Breakfast had cold meat and burnt toast.
