Our stay at the Hotel Elisa was excellent and I highly recommend it! Klenisa at the front desk was one of the best hotel employees I have ever encountered. She was always very gracious and helpful during our stay Our room was very large and had a great view of the mountains from the 9th floor. I believe there are only 2 rooms on the top floor, so it was perfectly quiet. The complimentary spa facilities were lovely The hotel is conveniently located, it’s a pleasant walk to Skanderbeg Square as well as many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again

Very nice and very friendly staff

Rooms needed serious improving, but didn't spend a lot of time in the room, the lobby and dining areas were nice. Food was excellent, although hamburgers during lunch would have been a bonus. All-inclusive drinks were only coffee, beer, wine, and basic mixers...nothing that required serious bartending skills. The boardwalk right outside the hotel went almost 2 miles in one direction and 1 mile in the other directions, lots of bars and other dining options and tons of stuff for kids to do. Beach area was nice but you had to mark your spot by 8am.

Fantastic location. Wonderful staff. Everything about it is great - but at the moment they are being upgraded. It wouldn't stop me from staying there but it was irritating to have scaffolding being clunked around at 0800 when I am looking for a break. So. Great hotel with wonderful staff. But .. just for a while dont expect perfection

The private beach they advertised is a complete lie, they have a “collaboration” with two of the beach clubs. Not that the staff at one of the two knew anything about it and it was useless either way because you still have to pay for the chairs and umbrella. It’s a very kid friendly beach as long as you don’t mind cigarette butts and garbage literally everywhere. The room itself met the most basic of needs and was pretty clean although we did find a piece of toilet paper behind the bathroom door that didn’t move at any point in our 3 nights there. Pool could be cleaner but it wasn’t super gross. The location is right in the middle of a lot restaurants and cheap souvenir stands and two blocks from the beach which was convenient. Staff was friendly and the included breakfast was nice. Overall, I won’t be going back but it was fine enough if you’re on a budget.
