Beautiful property with magical sunsets. Excellent food and service

Charming palace full of character and with very tasteful decor in the embassy district of Lisbon. Lovely rooms, great breakfasts, lots of spaces to relax and recover after exploring Lisbon Sintra and Cascais.

As an agent I’m always on the look out for fantastic places to stay and this was a gem of a find! The hotel was fantastic - comfy beds, clean and well cared for rooms, however the service and staff? PHENOMENAL. Vera and the team made our stay perfect. They went above and beyond, we’re friendly and personable and always made sure guests, all guests not just us, were so very well attended to. The service was above any I’ve ever received. The important parts; Bathrooms were great The pool was small but perfectly formed The cocktails and service were outstanding Easy check in and out Always staff available for helping with taxis and locations And finally the food…it was divine! Thankyou team Hotel Hotel!

Excellent small family hotel right in the heart where you want to be breakfast was excellent fresh fruit tons of different breads, cheeses, eggs made to order Very friendly and accommodating staff. We would go again. Highly recommended. Worth the money !

Beautiful hotel, staff very kind and friendly. Our room was spacious and modern. Our bed was king size and very comfortable, and it was very nice to go back to a cold room after being in the heat during the day. The hotel is located right in front of the Rio Tajo and where the cruise ships dock. Very beautiful area, close to the Santa Apolonia train station, walkable to Praca do comercio (5-7 minute walk), the Lisbon Cathedral (steep climb), Rua Augusta, and many delicious restaurants My husband and I felt very safe

This was a great spot to crash. It’s not in the best area but is about a mile away from the sites and very inexpensive uber rides. It was clean, functional and the staff was courteous and kind.

The location of this hotel is perfect and surprisingly quiet for how close it is to everything. We paid for the breakfast and honestly didn’t get to take advantage of it for half the time due to leaving early for tours and things so if you are likely going to leave ask if you can do it by day. Staff were incredibly kind with letting us store luggage before our room was ready, let us have coffee when we had to catch our uber at 6am and felt safe the entire time we were there. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We ad a great experience! Staff was so friendly. The food was great !
