Nice location near the airport for a quick stay. Airport pickup was provided with a midnight arrival. Awoke to lush gardens in a very quiet area of town. The staff was very help in arranging a tour. Nalaka setup tuktuks and boat tour. He also shared some tips on surroundings cities. Breakfast and dinner options were very good and promptly prepared.

We really enjoyed our time there. The location was nice, close to the beach within walking distance. There were some stores and restaurants on the beach side, making it a good and happy stay.

Hot water is an issue.

Place is very good Area is noisy and maybe not very safe

very amazing location to rest

This property is located a short tuk tuk ride from the airport. It makes sense to locate first or last nights close to airport with early or late flights since Colombo is a long way from its international airport. There is no suitable public transport to or from the airport into Colombo other than Uber. This hotel has a respectable bar and restaurant attached which is handy since not much is in the local area. The rooms are pretty basic and are really only suitable for a one night stop. I would use the hotel again if coming in late or leaving early from Sri Lanka.

Fabulous room, very tastefully appointed, with a huge bed and good size en-suite shower room. The staff are, without exception, friendly helpful and obliging. The architecture is unusual, attractive and interesting, with a little bit of a safari lodge feel to it. The villa is a little bit remote but there is easy access to local facilities via taxi, or Tuk Tuk. Our only slight disappointment was the limited range of choice from the menu available in the evenings and the portions were sometimes less than might be expected. In summary, a fabulous place to relax for a few days among quiet surroundings and you may be lucky to have some interesting wildlife visitors.
