Loved this hotel stay. The complimentary food was good quality with plenty of choices. The staff were all professional, approachable and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The sliding mirror door was missing from the wardrobe in one of our rooms but we used the mirror in the bathroom instead. The complimentary gym was good too. It was easy to find the hotel and a good location, just a 5 minute walk from the Central Train Station, Bus Station and Tram Stops. We would stay at this hotel again if we returned to Gothenburg, and we are now looking at booking with this hotel chain for future trips to Scandinavia. Highly recommended!

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is worth it, don’t miss out.

Staff were very pleasant, chatty and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, although VERY busy. Room wasn’t especially clean - normally I’d have asked for another room or asked for it to be cleaned, but I arrived late and just wanted to get to bed. I didn’t get chance to use the facilities, but it looked lovely and was in a very pleasant area, with views across the lake.

The bathroom was having an issue. Smelled like sewage due to back flow. The staff worked on it. Was a bit better for one day but then back to smelling. However I will say that staff was very receptive and gave a discount on the rate.

Entrance to property is a door with stairway. Ended up in a bowling alley as the reception was on the second floor. Reception closes at 5:00pm.
