(5,618 reviews) Great location and great view of Gothenburg. Gothia Towers is an amazing hotel experience. Almost everything you need is in the hotel. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is really clean. It may be a little pricey for some, but the experience is worth it. The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing attractions, museums, shopping and it's about 20 minutes from the airport. Access to Public transportation hub is 5 minutes walk from the Towers and the major Mall is15 minutes by tram from the Towers. Liseberg Amusement Park is across from the hotel. You have to visit Universeum (less than 10 minutes walk from the Towers) to especially see you the 3D shows. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too! (1,003 reviews) Hotel Odin was a good choice for Gothenburg, price included Breakfast, Fika & dinner. Breakfast had a variety for everyone, dinner is a set meal changed each day with a menu board at front desk to tell you what it is. If you didn't like it then you didn't have much choice but to eat out this was fine for me as I never actually planned to have dinner at the hotel. I had a superior room which was spacious, could be slightly updated in certain areas but no issues overall with it. My only slight negative would be that prior to staying I read that kitchen equipment would be provided free of charge for stays over 5 nights or a 300 krona charge if you wanted it. I assumed this would mean pots, pans and general cooking equipment but it meant everything. The room has no glasses, no plates, bowls, no cutlery, I think some cutlery is the bare minimum that should be provided even free of charge and in the end I had to go take some from the hotel dining area.
