Hotel is in an excellent location and staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was clean but very basic, breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely, especially the cleaning staff, they were always welcoming with a smile and even attended our room hours after they'd done everyone else's as we spent almost a whole day relaxing in the room and then when we went out for dinner, they somehow knew and went in to freshen the room up which was greatly appreciated and totally unexpected given we hadn't seen them working on the floor when we left

Pleasant surroundings for London. Room was v nice. Staff were great and efficient. Kitchen amenities in rooms are a delightful addition. Would stay here again when in the area

Incredible property with one of the best hotel staffs we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Fabulous location, afternoon tea was wonderful and the Gordon Ramsey restaurants did not disappoint. Again, the hotel staff were the heroes of our stay! We will most definitely be back! Worth every penny!

Breakfast was exceptional. Concierge and all staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Great location. Highly recommend this hotel.
