Always great amenities and plenty of food options and lots of staff a bit pricy but worth it

Great sized room ocean view was nice place was spotless can’t recommend enough

Room was as described , overlooked the beach , hotel is in a convenient place for public transportation and city tour buses and trolleys . Food in the morning was great with a wide range of variety . however the Diner menu isn't that great and their %discount they offer is just a hearsay not much different from just paying full price . what i didnt like is the push to charge you on the room .Also the dinner menu lacked basic things like pasta , grilled chicken that are regular eats for picky eaters . hotel is great , housekeeping is great , bathrooms were a little slippery my daughter almost broke her leg multiple times in and out of the bathroom floor . a sign to say its slippery would be great . the outside bar by the pool the attendants seemed standoffish even the reception guys . otherwise /overral great location but i will not be staying again .

This is my second time visiting because of the superb experience from my first visit. However the service was subpar. 1) Very unenthusiastic greeting from receptionist. She merely gave me a key card and pointed to the elevator. We asked for a pool or ocean facing room, but received a construction facing city view. The hotel did not look busy at all to me. 2) Hallways on room floors were hot and muggy. 3) No towels or attendant present at upstairs jacuzzi The hotel was very clean. The grocery store across the street was convenient. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Although I value cleanliness in my lodging, service ranks pretty high for me as well. I’d much rather giving another location my business.

A lil on the expensive side but overall good stay.. the continental breakfast gas basic and not free especially for the price of the rooms.. very overpriced but overall it was upscale

I booked this room because of it's location to the Miami Beach Convention Center. It was in walkable distance and helped me to avoid any traffic trying to get to the facility. The hotel was decent and clean but the location of our room was close to the outdoor patio. We can literally open our blinds and a party or group is dining right outside of our bedroom window. We had to listen to the noise until about 11-11:30 which I complained to the staff about. Since I had to be up early to attend a conference the next day, this was very disturbing for my son and I. They should have given us an option at check-in. This is poorly designed but I guess since it's Miami, the expectation is that people are up partying and hanging out so it shouldn't be an issue. If I ever choose to stay here again, I would definitely request not being close to the patio. Buyer BEWARE!
