I had a great stay at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to everything around Miami. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours au Barcelona et ce fut parfait!
Ce petit hôtel est parfaitement situé : littéralement à deux pas d’Española Way, à environ 5 minutes de marche du début d’Ocean Drive et à 10 minutes de la plage.
La petite cuisine et les accessoires nous ont permis de faire une épicerie et de préparer plusieurs repas nous-mêmes, ce qui nous a fait économiser beaucoup d’argent en restaurants parce qu’on va se le dire : manger à South Beach, c’est très dispendieux!
Il y a l’Art Deco Market juste à côté pour les petites emplettes et, pour une vraie épicerie ou même manger un très bon repas sur place, Whole Foods Market est vraiment super.
L’endroit est coquet, propre et les lits sont confortables. Le petit jardin à l’avant est parfait pour prendre tranquillement un café ou une bière.
Si vous recherchez le grand luxe et les hôtels grandioses, ce n’est peut-être pas pour vous. Mais pour une escapade abordable à South Beach et comme point de départ pour visiter Miami, Little Havana, Brickell, Wynwood, le Design District, Bayside et tout le reste, c’est parfait.
Le transport en commun est aussi très facile : le bus 100 vous amène directement au centre-ville, le trolley gratuit permet de se déplacer dans South Beach et les Citi Bikes sont disponibles un peu partout.
Bref, excellent rapport qualité-prix, emplacement difficile à battre et exactement ce que nous recherchions.
Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %!

Francisco is the contact during my stay. He is such a nice and responsive guy. Whenever I have a questions or issues he will respond within minutes. The room size is decent and I really like the shower place and washroom. I will consider my four day stay in the property having been flawless.
