The bed was comfortable. However the beach was beyond rocky. The whole beach was a giant slab of coral. No one was in the water which caused the pools to be extremely crowded and loud. The worst part was eating in the buffet as the kuza ran wild they were everywhere. Climbing down from the roof and eating off plates that were left behind. This was completely unsanitary. Will never come back to this resort.

The private pool in the villa is a game-changer. Staff are all very friendly and the breakfast buffet and restaurant choices are excellent as well.

Everything about this property was amazing! The unlimited food and drinks were great, our butlers in the family selection were awesome. The only downside( which was a big one) was the beach was unusable due to the amount of seaweed. The whole stretch of beach was closed off and stink from a ridiculous amount of sargasso. I really wanted a beach vacation, and sadly that didn’t happen.

food was absolutely TERRIBLE, there isn’t enough parking if you have a rental car, getting towels for the pool was EXTREMELY inconvenient, half the restaurants available required reservations that were incredibly hard to get. We booked in the adults only section to be waken up by children playing outside. Honestly everything felt like ab inconvenience or like it required way more effort than necessary.
The staff were however very helpful and the housekeeping was amazing.
Although the staff was great, we will not be returning.
