Excellent five day break, villa room was lovely with an enclosed outdoor bathroom. Breakfast was superb and the cooking in the restaurant was great. It was also good value for money for a well deserved five star hotel

We stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful.
The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok.
The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt lacking for a resort of this standard.
A beautiful property with incredible views, but the service needs refinement to match the setting.
