(36 reviews) Hotel is cute and well-located between old town and Condado. Everything is a short $3 uber away. The room was large and clean now we the TV didn’t work for the duration of our stay (despite multiple requests to fix it) and the staff is unavailable—there is nobody at reception, you have to phone someone and they come from a nearby property to handle check-in and other requests. This was at times a bit inconvenient/frustrating but overall it’s a nice room. For the price the TV should work; and small maintenance things like the toilet paper holder should not be broken.
