Kornati Islands Cheap Holidays

This wasn’t your typical “hotel”. We were struggling to find something affordable during the busy July month in Split, most hotels were double if not triple the price of Boutique Sailor rooms. We were skeptical at first because of the great price but after reading the reviews and staying there for 5 nights ourselves, we totally get the hype now! This “hotel” was more like a mix of a hotel & an airbnb. The room felt exactly like a hotel but there is no lobby, no staff on the premises and certainly no room service (sort of). The hosts (a husband and a wife) were incredible. All the communication is done via WhatsApp. They were able to pick us up from the bus station and drop us off at the airport all free of charge (of course we tipped). The “hotel” is located on a relatively busy street but you’d never know it once you’re inside. It’s located in a building of roughly 3 levels (no elevator) but the rooms are situated just up one flight of stairs. There’s 3 boutique sailor rooms and they are all right next to each other. The layouts are thoughtfully designed and we got lucky and got one with a balcony. The hosts are available to give recommendations, bring you breakfast, extra towels, clean the room, etc…just like a hotel. The only difference is instead of calling the lobby, you message the host via WhatsApp. They are super responsive and soooooo nice. Highly recommend this stay!

Staff was wonderful

Lovely room with view of the sea. Pool area was very well kept with nice bar. Food was delicious - we even ordered room service to eat on our balcony. Walk to city center doable but too taxi’s back up! Parking easy.

The property is in a nice location, walking distance to everything. The woman working the front desk during my check in and check out was wonderful!! So helpful, she really made my stay. That said, the towels are pretty rough/old and I think the property could do a few small things to improve the stay - tissues and lotion in the room would be nice. The sea is SALTY and my skin was screaming for some lotion. The roof top is a nice place to go at night, beautiful view! There is a small market just a few steps away which is very convenient for water, snacks, etc. Overall, for the nightly rate, it is a good value.

First issue I have with payment before stay where I need to send money through bank account cost me additional £9 pounds. Run out without the gel for shower don't know how person who cleanning hotel cam miss that 2 days in a row. Breakfast average and small portion one pan cake for lad 90kg… My wife have birthday while we stay there no notice by staff. 16 years ago in Egypt to better. Hotel 5 star but service still sitting on 4

I had a wonderful 12-day stay at this beautiful apartment! It looks exactly like the pictures—very modern, clean, and perfectly equipped. The hosts truly provided everything I needed, and they even came to clean the apartment once during my stay, which was a fantastic bonus. The host was incredibly nice and accommodating. The only minor thing missing when I arrived was a coffee machine (which isn't very common to have in Croatia). It was a bit inconvenient for me, so I reached out to the owner, and they went above and beyond by purchasing a coffee machine for my stay! Their quick response and exceptional hospitality made everything fine. Otherwise, everything was absolute perfection. The location is excellent—close to a beautiful beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. I had a very pleasant time and highly recommend it!

The hotel is just ok, no one to carry bags up the many stairs, linens not comfortable at all, wouldn’t recommend, just ok

Very clean rooms.Staff very helpful.Had an issue with air con which was swiftly dealt with.Reception staff very friendly, helpful and the check-in process very clear.
