Wonderful 5-day stay. Excellent in all categories. Additionally, very thoughtful attention to small details and planning of rooms (eg, double windows and heavy curtains for noise control, more than adequate number of charging options for our devices, etc). Extremely friendly and accommodating staff at every level. Interesting spaces on rooftop and garden for breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience!!!

Special thanks to João, Lana, Penelope, Natalia, Madalena, Marcus, Telma, and Mariana — from the front office to housekeeping, every one of them was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly at home. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Spotless! Staff were exceptionally helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Loved the automatic curtains. Beautiful pool area. Nearby high end shopping and Mall. Only wish I could have stayed longer. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Will gladly return.

My stay was great.

We loved the hotel and its location. Breakfast was great and stuff very friendly. The grounds are nicely maintained and we were able to enjoy the pool (towels are in the spa). There was no iron or ironing board in the room which was inconvenient.
