Our time at the Wellesley was my favourite part about our trip to Fiji. The room was gorgeous, spacious, clean with all the amenities you could need. The resort as a whole was breathtaking, with incredibly meticulous tropical landscaping and a view of the reef from the pool and restaurant that would make you shed a tear at dinner time. But all of that was shadowed by the elite level service we recieved by the staff on site. The chef, Raj, took in to consideration our vegetarian dietary requirements and stunned us with mouth watering food everyday. No meal was exactly the same - a true master of his craft. The view from our room and the restaurant over Lami Bay is beautiful. Our Executive King room was quiet and had the best mattress we’ve slept on during our 2 week holiday in Fiji. Anyone who likes a supportive mattress will love staying at the Novotel.
