Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Definitely not a 5 star property.. hotel tries to check the boxes of what a 5 star resort would offer, but it falls short in every way. It's a 3 star hotel on the beach..

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were extremely clean and up to date. The hotel scent was lovely as well. From check in to check out the staff made my experience a memorable one.

Beautiful hotel best in Miami

I wish I had a better review for a 5star hotel, but the staff missed the mark over and over to the point I felt gaslighted the whole time and currently still dealing with the last remaining issue even after leaving. Credit card machines not working, no WiFi, no follow up about my room for 4 hrs, room keys not working over and over, ghost room charges (still trying to sort this out) guests smoking on the rooftop (this is supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but that depends on which employee you ask 🙄. No one able to give accurate information about food, beach, or just basic amenities for the hotel. Highlights are most of the staff is very friendly and they had one of the best workout facilities and class options I’ve seen. I can’t imagine staying here again, the fontanelle down the street had much better service 2 months ago when I was in Miami. This One Hotel needs some training so their staff ids on the same page, instead of just apologizing over and over.
