The kitchen was well stocked. Some staff were very friendly and others don’t know how to smile. The upper pool area was clean and inviting. All fees should be upfront when purchasing a room. If purchasing a 3 bedroom call and confirm as one of my rooms ended up being a 2 bedroom and should have been a 3 bedroom. I also feel you should get 2 beach chairs per bedroom reserved.

This was an overall excellent experience. The room was nice and reasonably priced. There ended up being an ac issue where the room temperature wouldn’t drop below 77 degrees, which produced several sleepless nights. The communication with the rental temp was pretty horrid, we received a few ineffective ways to troubleshoot it; but nothing was ever fixed. We were even promised a follow up phone call the next day(post checkout) and were ghosted. This was pretty disappointing.

Don’t even think— just book it! Loved this property and all of its amenities!

Loved the location in the middle of the art deco district. All staff were pleasant & helpful. Meals at restaurant were delicious.

Clean room, friendly staff, food was great and so much to do.

The view is amazing!

The staff were wonderful especially the valet service guys , they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and the surrounding areas as well and the amenities were good. The pool is a must to go to . My first time visiting them and I enjoyed my stay and I felt very safe on my solo birthday trip to them. Recommended this hotel to anyone.

It's a lot of space and a beautiful property. Beware, it's a 12 minute walk between properties. I ended up at the property that is further away (next to Publix). It was a hassle lugging luggage at check in as well as check out. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the stay.

Location is good but the rooms have poor maintenance. But the view from the beachfront apartment is breath taking.
