1. Staff were extremely pushy about upgrading to signature level and completing their “surveys”. We were harassed daily by them about this
2. Food overall was terrible. Limited selection, challenging to get reservations. We were sick on multiple occasions from the food.
3. The pool was very cold.
4. Beach areas are not as advertised.
5. House keeping did just an OK job, multiple days they forgot to restock towels. We then waited 1+ hours for staff to deliver these.
6. Overall upkeep of resort buildings was poor.

Old but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
13mins walk to Doctor’s Cave Beach but on the way back you have to walk up a little bit of a steep hill if you do not have a car. It gets dark quick. I did it on my own but I can see it being uncomfortable if you are on your own.
Before arriving I sent several messages asking about the airport shuttle, I never got a reply. Communication could be better. It is cheap to get a taxi anyhow as it is about 10 mins drive from the airport. They no longer off breakfast.

Everything was good the food staff was very friendly even when the hurricane was blowing they make sure we all get take care even when the hotel get lots of badly damaged they still make us feel well come catalonia is the best i will come again when they rebuild
