When we checked in there were no rooms available for what we reserved. The "upgrade" to a suite was NOT an upgrade at all. Yes a king bed and a couch, but certainly not better. Our daughter slept on the couch instead of the heard rollaway that was provided. We were given our booked room the next day with 2 queen beds and the room was better than the so called "upgraded" one.
We were offered no compensation for the inconvenience. However, when we were sent a text from Westgate giving us a $75 a day credit, that wasn't actually a credit, Dre was kind enough to honor the text giving us a credit for $75.
The pool was a hot mess with not enough seating or staff. Instead of so many towel people, you could have used them for bar/hostess service.

Room was clean, but when i went in the shower, there was a small white towel full of hairs.hanging on the curtain rod. Guessing the cleaning staff missed it, beacuse it blended with the shower curtain. Staff was nice, enjoyed the slots. My 4 time staying at the Strat and its always a good vibe
