We enjoyed the hotel very much. Staff attitude could be "hit or miss." We would have liked more breakfast options than just the set-price (expensive) menu. There was also often a lot of "banging" because of renovations/upkeep happening on other floors. Because of our hotels.com status, we were given 20% off food and beverage purchases, which was great, but the hotel charges a 10% "service charge" (not gratuity) on every receipt, so the 20% discount was halved.
