Unfortunately, the power went out the first evening and it affected the AC, which is, I just didn't work for another 24bhours. The front desk woman was somewhat unresponsive and rude when I inquired about a fan and the AC. Otherwise staff is very friendly
The place is a little dated, but still okay.And the location is great

Mousai is everything it advertises online + so much more. Staff was incredibly hospitable and warm. Greta was our butler and Benna osvaldo ricardo were all amazing at helping to make our short stay unforgettable. Outstanding job Mousai- you’ve made an imprint of the beautiful puerto vallarta in our hearts for life. Can’t wait to return in November!!
