Southeast Pennsylvania Cheap Holidays

It was an excellent room with a good fridge & coffee machine. The bottles of water were appreciated in the heatwave. I asked for a quiet room and was given one on a floor designated as being quiet, this I really appreciated. It has a huge reception area and there was a convention while I was there. This did not interfere with my stay at all. It has 6 lifts, sorry, elevators. I chose the hotel because it was close to a church that had a superb visual experience and easy walking distance of the museums. I will definitely choose it again. I felt safe in the location and it was a few minutes walk from an Irish bar and an Asian restaurant.

Staff were great. Cleaning staff was great. Loved the bottle water stations including sparkling water. Only issues was the bathroom was really small, and needed some work. Not enough towel and robe hooks. And the caulking around the shower was old and needed to be redone.

If you have business at City Hall, or plan on visiting City Hall for any reason, the location of this hotel is perfect. If you have a car and plan on using valet parking, note that it is pricey, as in any downtown area of a major city. The only "meh" aspect of my stay was breakfast. There was fresh fruit, but the quality of the other food was no better than far less expensive hotels - the same quality (read lack of quality) of turkey sausage used by Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn.
