This hotel is magical and elegant. The food is beautifully prepared, high quality and delicious. You will dine on a patio with a beautiful view. It was truly a special evening for my family. We enjoyed taking public transportation to the hotel. A short train ride from Genève Corantin Station then hop on a short bus ride (bus 73 and get off at Penney Dessis) that drops you off a few minutes from the hotel. This cost 6 CHF pp instead of a 50 uber ride. I highly recommend visiting.

Modern, clean,amazing amenities, beautiful view of Matterhorn from the pool! We LOVED staying here and highly recommended with families! Comfortable beds, plush towels and robes and delicious breakfast! Thank you for the US!

Terrible price for

We stayed at Jiva Hill for just one night, but by the time we checked out, we were already talking about coming back. Everything about our stay was flawless. We were incredibly lucky with beautiful weather, which meant we could really appreciate the wonderful setting, the views and the golf course. It feels peaceful and removed from the city, yet the location is remarkably convenient, around 15 minutes from Geneva Airport and approximately 30 minutes from central Geneva. What impressed us most, though, was that the five-star experience goes far beyond the facilities. The hotel is five star, the service is five star, and the food is five star. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was particularly impressive, with such a wide choice that there really was something for everyone. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, wonderful food and genuinely warm service made this a very special stay. We were only here for one night, and somehow we are leaving feeling as though it wasn’t nearly long enough. We would very happily return, and hopefully next time for a little longer. Thank you to the whole Jiva Hill team for such a memorable stay.

Great little apartment with everything we needed. 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to walk to the lake. It had a small kitchen with a fridge and hob. Free tea and coffee was also provided.

L’hôtel est très beau, notre chambre grande mais ça sentait beaucoup la cigarette même si c’est un hôtel non fumeur. On a demandé de changer de chambre mais elles n’étaient pas du même standard que celle qu’on avait. L’odeur était très désagréable. Le service en général était bien mais certaines personnes à la réception ne sont pas sympathiques c’est un relais et château alors ça devrait être parfait ou presque.
