"It was lovely to stay here. I was very grateful to the housecleaning staff, they did an amazing job. My toilet door had pink putty on it which looked really messy on the door. "We found upwards of 5 cockroaches in our room. The kettle would boil but not switch off, the cooktop did not work, there was no plug for the kitchen sink for dishes and we requested a portacot which came with no lining or base so could not be used for our baby."
