On checking in Natasha on reception was so beautiful, her demeanour, so kind, patient and competent. The room was stunning. The technology within the room was bonus luxury, Perfect location. My only issue I had as a vegetarian was the staff offered me cooked to order options too late however this for me was a minor issue as I made good use of the fabulous gym!!!

Everything was wonderful, staff very kind and helpful, food great. The only thing I would change is working hours of the pool as it is open only until 9 pm. I think it should be until 11 pm.

We stayed one night and have mixed reviews about this hotel. We found both reception staff not friendly or welcoming it would have been welcomed to Zegreb. Our room would not go below 25 degrees C it was hot and stuffy. A maintenence man had a look for us but couldn't do anything. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Breakfast was great and I was so pleased they had Gluten free options thank you for that. The carpark was just behind the hotel 25 euros per night which is reasonable.
