(2,224 reviews) The room was very nice - we had a lovely walk out right to the upper deck pool and hot tub. The staff we engaged with were pleasant and helpful. Downsides were that the bar was not open on the upper deck, service at the Feeding Frenzy snack shack was slow (stood for quite a while and no one came to the window), and the beach was kind of small and grungy (didn’t stay long as it smelled vaguely like sewage - not entirely surprising given the location in the port). (1,004 reviews) Clean Room All of the grounds were clean Friendly staff Casino was bigger than I expected Large Resort Great Shoppong options The only Negative was the seaweed on the beach and in the water. I am assuming its that time of year December and has no reflection on the hotel. Closer to Rosewood it seemed cleaner the beach but they might only remove it there.
