The staff is always super friendly. The hotel is very clean. We love the convenience of this hotel being connected to the convention center but also the mall.

I've stayed here 4 times in the last 2 years and it just seems to get worse every time. They went from a great sit down breakfast to self serve hot food to a bowl of cereal. The restaurant/bar being closed on weekdays is just bizarre.

Billing and front desk were not helpful.

The complimentary coffee in the lobby was fantastic! The staff and valet workers were friendly! The beds are very comfortable m.

Comfortable bed and spacious!

Front Desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as the breakfast staff. Room was a bit more worn from the past 2 times I've stayed there, but still acceptable.

Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise out for the day. Loved the digital building and door keys. Easy parking. The entire building space is quite unique and stylish.

Excellent hotel. Welcoming staff, wonderful room. Doesn't serve a breakfast at any time before 10:30. but did point us to a cafe which was only 50 metres away and was excellent.
