We recently stayed at this hotel as a family, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel is. The interiors are stunning — elegant, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every space feels luxurious yet welcoming, and the attention to detail in the décor and ambience is remarkable. The facilities are outstanding. The spa is peaceful, immaculate, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Every area, from our room to communal spaces, was spotless — the hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free. As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking beautiful surroundings, outstanding food, and exceptional service.

Excellent hotel a service is top notch from the moment you check in, using the spa, room service, dining, housekeeping, etc. everyone is very helpful an attentive to the needs of the guest. Great location.

Room is extremely outdated. They posted pictures of updated rooms on their website and then put us in a room that looked like something out of a 1970s movie. Shaggy teal carpet and bedding that looked used. They weren’t full either, yet chose to give us that room. The entrance needs to be updated as well. Very old and not overly welcoming Great location though! Super close to the old town

Nice and modern property. Breakfast was good at a reasonable price. Close to train station to get to the city centre easily.
