the location was very convenient especially if you are using trains. the room was not clean (there were some draff on the floor)

We stayed at NH Bologna. We arrived very late at night after a long international flight, and unfortunately, the sheets in our room were not clean upon arrival. It was disappointing to discover this after such a long journey, as we were hoping to rest immediately.
However, the front desk staff responded quickly and professionally. They immediately changed our room without hesitation, which we truly appreciated.
The hotel has a great location.

Closer to centre than I thought as don’t usually stay on that side of railway. It was a blessing as there was roadworks outside one hotel and work on the towers at another.
Room nice but plain, bathroom very good. Quick check in and room available early. Staff very helpful.
