Clean room, very nice staff, breakfast alright, room a bit cold, The real negative point is the metro noise from my room

Staff was not friendly at all. Very dismissive with our simple questions and appears not accommodating to customers. The property itself is ok, close to some but not many choices of restaurants. Overall, it’s a mediocre property far from major tourist attractions.

The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

Well located hotel convenient to metro stop with some mini markets as well as some nice bars/restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fresh and adequate for our stay. We stayed in Room 501( just opposite the lift, though no problem with noise, and could get a good night's rest). The room very clean and comfortable with extra large bed and tastefully decorated with a nice Parisienne vibe.

Can't ask for more in terms of location! There's a supermarket right downstairs and many restaurants to choose from. We will definitely stay here if we visit Paris again!
