The elevator availability. There was only one working elevator from reception to the lobby and then the three further elevators up to the rooms were extremely slow and dated.
Rooms were comfortable but in serious need of a refurb, particularly the bathrooms.

Wonderful stay at the Palazzo Dama for my husband’s 40th. We had a junior suite which was a good size, very comfortable and immaculate. Great location and friendly, professional staff. Lovely to stay in a boutique hotel with such unique features. Felt very luxe!

The staff was so nice! The morning breakfast is amazing! This is a great North Rome spot, fairly close to several key areas to include the Spanish stairs. Lots of locals eat here and it's not as touristy as some of the spots in center square. We took the limo service back and forth to the airport, which was really nice.
