We arrived late and most of our time at local hospital waiting for delivery of our grandchild. Parking area needs updated/paved and lighting, rest of the hotel is completely refurbished and modern.

While the location is prime, the property itself is showing its age and the front desk staff are not fully engaged with the guest experience. For the price we paid, we expected cleaner common areas, more thoughtful communication, and daily housekeeping.
