Hotel is a beautiful medieval buidling, therefore difficult to provide some modern amenities. Our room was 408 and pretty warm. Window stayed open the whole time, but the noise from outside (especially at weekend) was very noisy. Breakfast was ok, better than nothing!

The hotel is in the old town and it took some time and effort to drag and carry a suitcase through stairs and cobblestone streets to find it. The front desk staff was super friendly, but I was first given a room that seemed to have been converted from a storage space with a huge door reminding of the Middle Ages. The bed was on the second level and could only be reached by climbing steep stairs, with everything else on the ground. I had to request a change of room, and the new room is more normal but reminiscent of the Soviet era in terms of structure and style.

"The check in was done a lot more smoothly by the lady in comparison to the person who checked me in at the same hotel 3 night before. The only issue I had with the room was that the toilet smelled like a public toilet, it appeared the person staying before did not respect the place and the cleaning ..."
